Polyester Fabrics
Machine specification can be matched to polyester filament yarn, fabric structure and reed width.
Water Jet Loom Manufacturer · Textile Machinery
The JETMECH JTM508 is a configurable water jet weaving machine for polyester, nylon and other synthetic filament fabrics. Reed width, nozzle setup, shedding, let-off, take-up and motor type can be matched to each textile weaving project.
Textile Weaving Applications
JTM508 water jet looms are configured for weaving factories processing hydrophobic filament yarns. This industrial textile machinery combines project-matched water-jet insertion, shedding, let-off, take-up and drive systems for practical production planning.
Machine specification can be matched to polyester filament yarn, fabric structure and reed width.
Nozzle, water-flow and tension requirements are discussed according to the nylon weaving project.
Water-jet insertion supports suitable continuous-filament fabric programs and high-efficiency weaving.
Reed width, shedding, let-off, take-up, motor and workshop conditions are confirmed before quotation.

Water-Jet Control and Drive Systems
Mechanical, control, feeding and drive components are organized for stable water-jet insertion and practical long-term operation.

CNC-machined guides and ceramic nozzles support stable water velocity and flow accuracy.

Original Japanese bearings support reliable rotation, reduced wear and long-term operation.

Electronic let-off stabilizes warp tension while electronic take-up controls fabric density.

Stable torque and direct power transmission support efficient continuous weaving.
Buyer Information
Practical answers for textile machinery buyers selecting a water jet weaving machine and preparing an export quotation.
The JTM508 is designed primarily for hydrophobic synthetic filament fabrics such as polyester and nylon. Water-jet insertion is generally not the first choice for cotton, viscose, or other water-absorbent yarns. Final configuration is selected according to fabric, yarn condition, reed width, and target output.
Available reed widths are 190, 210, 230, 260, 280 and 340 cm. The listed nozzle configurations are 1 pump with 2 nozzles or 2 pumps with 2 nozzles.
The JTM508 can use crank or cam shedding. NPW410, NPW411 and LP409 cam options are listed, while the NP5400D electronic dobby is available when wider pattern capability is required.
Share your filament fabric, yarn, reed width, nozzle option, shedding system, target output, machine quantity and destination country. JETMECH will prepare the water jet loom configuration basis for discussion.
